Safety
I don't think anyone has mentioned this in a while, so I thought I'd
throw it out there:
ALWAYS take ID when you run and bike. I printed out a small piece of
paper from my computer with name, address, insurance info, emergency
contacts, and medical info, then did a "poor man's" lamination job by
covering it with clear carton sealing tape. I keep one in my bike saddle
bag and one in a small "shoe wallet" I bought for $5. That way, I always
have it with me even if I don't think about it. If you're ever knocked
out while training, it will make it much easier for you to get medical
attention and for your family to find out what happened.
Similarly, I keep about $10 in the same place just in case I need it.
I also take a clip-on blinking light for night time running, plus I have
some reflective stuff to wear.
Finally, wear a helmet when you're riding you're bike!
Did I miss anything?
