Default Michael Vick has to be FIRED

Michael Vick (the thug nigger) has to be FIRED and sent to prison for
at least ten years.
Or a better idea is to put him in a ring and let HIM fight a gang of
pit bulls.

Don't forget the house, property and vehicle seizures associated with the
illegal enterprise. Easily another $100,000.00 in criminal asset funds to be
forfeited.

Market value of the house and property is about $750K. I doubt that
Vick has that much in the obtaining of the property and construction
of the house. Probably more like $350k to $500K.

No, an indictment means there is sufficient evidence to bring charges.
The Grand Jury hands down an indictment after the prosecuters present
evidence that there may have been a crime committed. The defense is
generally never present at a Grand Jury session. So they can never
present a defense.

Indictments are not a proof of guilt. The Prosecuting attorneys must
now present evidence to support the allegations.

No a "federal" indictment means the Feds have sufficient enough evidence to
charge Mike Vick with the felony crimes he has been charged with. Guilt or
innocence is not established until Vick gets his day in the VA federal court
system.

I believe however that he will avoid a jury trial and the possibility of
extensive jail time that would present by bargaining a plea of guilty in
exchange for less time, perhaps even just probation.

Regardless... if he is found guilty or pleads guilty in plea bargaining...
Vick will never plays NFL football again.

Where did you get that figure of the market value assessment? I heard he
bought it all for some ridiculously low amount like $35,000.00. Made me
think it was a dive in a seedy area all perfect for just the sort of thing
it was used for. If you have a link on that it would be appreciated.

The house and property was in the process of being sold before the
indictment was handed down. There has yet to be a closing on the sale
but there was an article that stated that the property was being sold
for $375K, half teh appraised value.

Vick was very interested in dumping the place, even at a loss.

He was going to write off the loss anyway; so he didn't care.
