back. If they are fast enough and fortunate enough to restart on the inside
of the front row they can earn it. That's how Robbie EARNED his 3 laps back
and I seem to recall Harvick doing something similar in a NBS race last yr.

Besides if they were to be fair about it they should make the call that the
charity case would be the first non lead lap car in track position not
scoring following the leader. Oh yeah and insist that he be within
reasonable contact range of the leader....i.e.. within 1 second on the last
scored lap.
