Default Trading deadline help

I'm in a 14-team, mixed, head-to-head, 5x5 league that starts 9 hitters and
6 pitchers; I'm tied for 2nd and getting inconsistent O each week...my
starters are:
C B. Molina
1b K. Youkilis
2b J. Cantu
3b S. Rolen
SS M. Young
OF B. Abreu
OF M. Ordonez
OF G. Matthews
UT B. Hawpe/A. Rios

....I have E. Encarnacion. M. Jacobs, and K. Johjima on the bench.

I've got Kevin Millwood that I can spare, plus 1 of the above, to get an
upgrade...I need HR's every week, and RBI's, Runs, and SB's about every
other week.

Anyone have Abreu last year? Does he step up in the 2nd half? Cantu?

Any thoughts on Matthews and Millwood for Adam Dunn?

Abreu imploded after the all star game last year. He had won the HR derby
and decided to go for the fences alot. I'd guess he won't do the same this
year. The question is more, will he be traded or not to most likely the
Yanks or Angels. I'd think Matthews and Millwood would bring more than
Dunn.

I've been shopping Millwood, to no avail. I actually picked up Matthews on
the waiver wire the third week of June or so.

I'd like to get Ortiz or Ramirez, but people in our league are reluctant to
trade.
