Does No Condom Hurt Kobe?
I suspect that if the defense wanted to bring in all of her exes and
have them testify that she insisted on one, every time, then it might.
But I think such a move would probably open up more of her ***ual
history to the defense. (I don't know the details of the Coloroda shield
law, but it's supposed to be pretty strong. But generally you can call
witnesses to rebut testimony offered by the other side even if their
testimony wouldn't be enterable otherwise).
But unless she has a very modest ***ual history (and who knows) and
always used condoms in the past it's a risky can of worms to open.
On the other hand, it would suggest that she was either ****d or that
she's stupid. ("Oh. An NBA player who doesn't want to use condoms. He
probably doesn't get around too much, we don't need protection!") Got to
wonder how his wife feels about being exposed to that risk.
Even if it's consensual, it doesn't argue great things about Kobe's
intellect either.
