What the hell does it take to beat these guys? My goodness. In the 80s when
I first started watching these games, Wake Forest couldn't touch the Tar
Heels with a 10 ft pool. That is how it was SUPPOSED to it, and still should
be.

Now, my goodness--not even the return of Roy Williams is good enough. What
in the name of God does it take? When oh when oh when is this streak EVER
EVER going to end? IS it ever going to end?

Frankly, as cruel as it sounds, I would love nothing more to hear than that
the Wake bus got hit by a semi on the freeway on the way home. If that is
what it takes, so be it. I'm sick of this.

team has an accident! Please, it is only a game!

I am a Tar Heel alumnus and fan. I wish that we had won. However, we
didn't make our foul shots at crucial times. I think that we will learn to
win such games before the end of the season. In addition, Wake played a
gutsy, great game as well.

I'll still take our history of winning over Wake's. Wake Forest has
always been the little brother of tabacco Road so let them have their

Exactly. They have always been the "little brother" of Tobacco Road.
It perfectly explains why I feel as I do (although I have to say it
was wrong to say crap about hoping their bus crashes--totally uncool
and tasteless). It's a sort of "who are YOU to be trying to be such a
hotshot--where was all that postering and trying to be such a bigshot
back THEN when you couldn't beat anyone in the ACC to save your life?
NOW all of a sudden you think you're actually someone?"

That's why I actually like it for Duke to beat them. I do dislike Duke
but at least I can acknowledge them as an actual REAL powerhouse in
the ACC and nationwide. Wake Forest, NEVER!
