While almost everyone hands are tied to sonme extent, within financial
constraints, Ainge has made a number of moves.
His biggest challenge IMO opinion it to get players who have been encouraged
to play an offense that required no patience, nor discipline and precious
little brains to play an offense that requires large doses of all three.
They largely mastered Harter's defensive schemes so I assume the basic IQ is
there (although I wonder about Walker) but nonetheless these fellows have a
long, long way to go before they can begin to play ball in a manner Ainge
will begin to recognize.
