Default Judah IS back

Judah fought a careful fight, took few chances and wisely after suffering a
brutal KO. At times he seemed unfocused, but probably due to the ease of his
win. I see no reason that he can't climb back up again in short order.

I find Judah to be overrated and a punk. His fight was a good
sedative.

I see one reason: He may have an opponent who is there to fight. Corley was
a *huge* disappointment. I thought he had more in him than that. The son of
a bitch wouldn't throw. What the hell was that about?

I take nothing from Judah. He fought as well as he had to. It was pretty
much like the Junior (ptui!) Witter "fight." It wasn't a very good fight
because Corley, like Witter, didn't want to fight. Put Judah in there with
Vivian Harris or Ricky Hatton and we'll have a better idea of what he can
do.

The phrase that bothers me here is "He fought as well as he had to."
Reminds me of another fighter who only brings half his arsenal to the
ring--Lennox Lewis. Judah should have been out to impress, especially
after his loss to Tszyu. The fact that Corley wasn't throwing hands
should have made it easier, but Judah sat back the entire night.

And a pox on you, sir, for bringing back memories of Junior Witter.

In article <zxiQa.2586$Jk5.1824969@feed2.centurytel.net>, Ivan Weiss says...

From the time of the right hand ate by Corley (that produced the KD), Corley
obviously conceded defeat. I was disappointed in Corley as well. He showed a
little guts in the 2nd only to play eunuch from the 4th round to the finish.

Judah was a little sharper than I expected. Corely was a lot less than I
expected. Judah still has some tests to pass.
