Default My Unshuffled Pound For Pound List

Welcome back, Beau. You missed me kicking huwgareth's and loki's
asses. Don't worry, you'll see a repeat anytime soon.

I like yours too.
Here is mine, as of now:

1. Roy Jones, Jr. -- Virtually undefeated, never tested, heavyweight
champion by outclassing tough Ruiz

2. 'Pretty Boy' Floyd Mayweather - truly undefeated, rebuilt image
slightly tarnished in the close Castillo fight.

3. Marco Antonio Barrera
4. Erik Morales -- fought two virtual ties and are basically even.

5. Kostya Tsyzu - unified, undisputed champ of division.

6. Bernard Hopkins -- would be higher if he was a better businessman.
Wins over Hakkar and the Squirrel since Tito aren't enough to make top
5.

7. Oscar de la Hoya -- since the Mosley loss he beat Vargas/Gatti/etc,
however a second loss to Mosley might drop him out of top ten.

8. Ricardo Mayorga -- has two belts in a tough division. Beat the
beater of Mosley twice in different ways.

9. Manny Pacquiao -- true champ at Super Bantam, beating Barrera will
launch into top 5.

10. Shane Mosley -- former No. 1, but no wins since Adrian Stone.
However he made a good account of himself in close Forrest II fight,
so he is higher than Forrest who was KO'd and then clearly outclassed
by Mayorga.

11. Vernon Forrest -- Beat the best, lost to the rest.

12. Acelino Freitas -- unified champ in tough division, truly
undefeated, probably rated a little low, but tough to say

13. James Toney -- beat Jirov, moving up to heavy to fight former
champ and challenger, maybe a little overrated on the list.

14. Dariusz Michalczewski -- truly undefeated, linear champ, but the
inferior belt and lack of exposure in the States hurts rating.

15. Rafael Marquez -- destroyed two legends, Too Sharp and Cincinnati

"Toshiyuki "Champagne Boy/El Cachorro" Miura with Pretty Interpreter"

I like your list. I have Marquez basically in the top twelve knocking on
the door. I have a strange feel about Freitas being overrated. I was not
shocked to see him struggle in his latest fight.

Typical trollish statement, huwgareth.

And another. It's amazing that a statement such as "Ali's prime
came between beating Sonny Liston and his exile" can get so under your skin.
In a way, it's funny. It's clear that boxing is not your sport.

This from a guy who posted violent fantasies about me in response to
my observation that Foreman was only a 3-1 favorite over Ali.

Just to clarify:

boxmuham@aol.com (BoxMuham) wrote in message

It's pretty clear that you're the one who is trolling here. If you
don't start insulting me in random threads, then I won't feel the need
to respond, and neither of us will be wasting as much time. It's a
win-win.

Given that I posted only two less messages than you did to that
thread, I would have to agree that I wasted too much time. I shall
endeavor to avoid coming as close as I did to rsb's biggest time
waster again.

Too bad no punching power. Stay away from 140....

Since the Mosley loss he has beaten - NOBODY. Mosley drops Oscar this time...

Did you see his last fight? Looks like warmed over shit. Stay far,
FAR away from Diego Corrales....

Should be higher, IMO....

AS long as he stays in hiding over there in Germany he doesn't belong
anywhere near this list.

P4P doesn't mean his potential at a *higher* weight. He is p4p where he is
at....

He didn't beat the champ in his first fight? He didn't beat Vargas?

Everyone has an off night.

He is a great fighter who is old and fat...

I agree.
