Yes he was and he has to be among the most intelligent of all boxers. I heard
Al Cole has a high IQ as well. Other than that you can't forget the Klits. They
are the most celebrated boxing brainiacs in recent times.

Yes - and a real one, too. Up-and-coming Davarryl Williamson
has a Masters. A large majority of boxers these days are college
grads or successful business people or, if still an amateur, on honor
rolls and at the top of their classes. Far cry from the old days!
