Default Coco on DL

Anybody know what happened? Just saw it was for his thumb on the bottom
line of ESPN. Hopefully he's not out for too long.

I found this over at Rotoworld.com:
-----------------
Indians placed outfielder Coco Crisp on the 15-day disabled list with a
right thumb sprain.

Crisp is expected to miss two to three weeks with the injury suffered
last night. Jody Gerut will fill in for him now, with Juan Gonzalez
perhaps a possibility to return during the second half of next week.
-----------------

I actually caught the game on ESPN at Noon today, great game for
Westbrook until the inevitable happened.

It would have been nice to have been at the Jake today - it looked like
a great late Spring Ohio day in Cleveland. (Announcers said it was like
65F at the park today)

The team looked like they were ready for the weather to get a bit warmer
though - and how many times can the announcers talk about last year's
team in comparison to this year's? That got old fast!

Gerut looked healthy though, in place of Crisp.

Today was the first game of the season that I have been able to watch in
its entirety, as well as my first time seeing Aaron Boone play for the
Tribe. He was swinging at some crazy pitches today.

He hurt it sliding into third base trying to stretch a double into a triple.
