All right, all right. Let's all get back up on our chairs, settle down,
wipe the snot off our keyboards, clean our faces, and try to get a
little serious. Smorg and I played one hole pretty damn even. I ended
up taking 6 out of 10 games, but it was pretty even. Now remember,
Smorg is the guy who posted about getting something like 20-3 from
somebody... TWENTY to THREE! I also reported that when I played one
pocket with Jimbo, who ****s by the way, I couldn't even make it
interesting for him. ANYBODY who just knows how to play this game can
give me a big handful of balls and still beat me. I don't know how to
play one pocket. I play 9-ball, 8-ball, and 14.1. I'm not *that* picky.


Louis, Louis, now you don't want to make me fire up the archives do you?
Or maybe I misunderstood, maybe you practice until you run fifty balls
in one-hole every day?

Well, I seem to recall something about "Mighty Mike Page" winning all the
9ball and 8ball and 1pocket and being a real good B player. Depending on
what rating system was in use (and if we're "grading on the curve") on a
good day I might be a B+. So how do you figure I'm suppose to buy you a
big dog named Spot?

And Jimbo, despite his protestations to the contrary is a National Champeen
and does not ****. I played him in NY and I think I might have won a set
something like 3-2.

And let me save you the trip to the archives. What I recall saying was that
I would try and run 50 -- not that I was ever actually able to do it.
Besides, even up in Fargo you guys must know that a run in practice isn't
the same as a run for the cash.
