ASFPDL Prediction contest.

Okay folks... I'm quite late this year, but better late than
never, right?

Anyway, I'm running the contest again. To make things
simple for me I only changed one question. It's the
bonus one. Instead of looking for the month that Millen
might be fired, I'm looking for the first road win, not
including the Chicago game.

Yes, this is AFTER the first game of the season, but
I wanted people to have a change to deliberate on
the questions a bit. (This of course is why the Chicago
game is NOT included in the bonus question.)

Oh, this is so cool. Thanks for going to all the work for our pleasure
(or so we can prove our ignorance) I finished filling it out and I'll
probably be way off with all the answers but it's fun to try and
guess. Hopefully the Lions will double my win prediction, there is
NOTHING I would like more than to have my prediction of 5 wins come
back and bite me in the butt. I mean, I told my wife about 10 years
ago that if the Lions ever made it to the Super Bowl, we were going,
no matter what it cost or where it's being played. As you can guess,
my Super Bowl fund is quite large now, even after dipping into it this
last spring and buying a quite expensive swimming pool for the wife
and kids. : )

No problem. It doesn't take *too* much work really, I just needed
to find a bit o' time to do it. I was home with the kids yesterday and
took a few minutes during nap time to whip all together.

I told my wife that if the Lions ever get to the SuperBowl we
were getting a Big Screen TV. She said sure... but I dunno
if that was: "I'll appease him, make him feel like he can
order me around"-sure, or a "Like the Lions will ever make
the SB, and if by some miracle they do he still get the TV"-sure,
or "Whatever you say, after all you're the boss"-sure.

Okay, I'm pretty sure it's not the last one.

While the Lions are so inept, you should go for a big screen HD T.V.
That would be a really good reason for you to cheer our boys into a
Super Bowl appearance. Of course, the way I understand it, everyone is
going to need either a HD TV or some sort of converter by a certain
date in order to even watch any TV at all. I "think" it's by the year
2007 or something. Not too sure if a cable box converter will do the
trick or not. I have a HD T.V. in the ba*****t, a 32". But I don't
have a H.D. cable box so I'm told it's not a true digital picture. But
it sure is a nicer picture than my upstairs big screen TV. J.W.
