Thanks for reminding me about the date for Disco Demolition Night.
One person said it was July 12, 1979.
Another incident I recall is when Nolan Ryan was pitching a no hitter
against the Tigers, an aging Norm Cash went up to the plate wiy a table
leg instead of a bat. He was told to go back and get a real bat. Later
Cash was said to say that he couldn't hit off Ryan that day no matter
what he tookup to the plate. So why not?

I always love it when a corner outfield thinks there are 2 outs, catches a
fly and tosses the ball to a fan. Then the outfielder realizes there were
less than 2 outs, and has to scramble to get the ball back. I think Larry
Walker was the last to do this that I saw, in Coors Field. Jason

funnyest thing ever seen on a baseball diamend was not at a tigers game or
commerca park but was a little lege game at pap park back when Iwas in truman

me and my frends was hanging under a tree partying when there was this big
fight out on teh field I dont know what the fight started but it was funny as
hell me and my frends was laughing like a motherfuker when these 2 fat ass guys
who was the kids fathers than they talking shit then start fighting right by
where the fence is

they roll round on the ground then one of those fat ass guys rip a grate big
fart ever boddy hears it and then they crack up
but that fat guy get even more pissed and then one of the other guy gets a ball
bat and this is why me and my buddys get the hell out of there cuz cops what if
the cops come and catch us smokking weed
