Ryan, the best thing to do with this idiot is to killfile him, or just
ignore his posts altogether, however repulsive and appalling they may
be. Trolls like him, as sad and sick as it may be, feed and thrive on
flames from the rest of us. That's how they get their kicks. I know,
it's downright sick, but hey, takes all kinds in this world. So, just
altogethe, completely ignore him and let him drown in his own bitter
bile.
