Default Banners in Dolts stadium

What's up with those banners flying in the stadium at Dolts Stadium? They only
have one Super Bowl win, and that was over three decades ago, but during one
camera pan I saw at least three banners flying. Are they putting up banners
for every playoff elimination they experience? I thought most teams only flew
banners for the years they actually won.

I saw them too....they have several. Each one represents a loss to the Pats
in the past 2 years.

I saw one that read, "AFC Championship Finalist"

I thought, "You've GOT to be shitting me".

I went back and reviewed the Tivo recording of one of the banner shots and you
won't believe it, it's even worse than you thought. I couldn't make it all out
but I did see the word 'Wildcard' on it. I guess when you're stuck with a
crappy franchise like the Dolts you need to hang a banner for the very few
accomplishments they do have.

Some teams like the Pats and Celtics only put up banners for Championships.
Other teams like the Bruins put up banners for lesser achievements.

There is no hard and fast rule about that goes up, when and why.

Maybe it helps that idiot Vandershank tell which way the wind is blowing
inside the doom?

He's drunk most of the time so I doubt he could even tell which way they were

Why are the Pats fans getting so nervous? It's only the Colts. Go have a
drink and calm yourselves. It should be a great game Sunday!

Who is nervous? We Patriot fans invade opponent newsgroups every week. I
love that the Colt fans are confident before this game. It will make your
defeat that much more crushing.

Actually I like and respect the Pats. I hope it will be a great game. But I
am fascinated by the Colts high powered offense. I do wish the Pats were
healthy. I am amazed that Manning has been so injury free. Considering how
terrible the Colts defense has been for several years they've done well!
