It was Anti-Semitic. He threw in the "Christian execs are bad
too" schtick in an attempt to cover his tracks.
As someone else asked earlier in the thread, why bring up the
religious angle at all? Why couldn't he simply gone after those money
grubbing studio executives? Playing up Eisner's Jewishness as relates
to victims of violence as an angle on why he shouldn't distribute such
films is thin at best.
