"Medical report: Those many thousands among you who've been praying for Pat
Burns in his battle with colon cancer should know that he still has three
weeks of radiation and chemotherapy treatments remaining. After the
treatments, he will rest for one month and then undergo surgery.

"He's received thousands of letters and e-mails," his cousin Robin told me
yesterday. "He's eating well, feels good, and lot of it has to do with the
unbelievable response he's had. His spirits are really good.

"His doctors have told him every case is different, but they're really
positive," Robin Burns added.
