Default Yankees were NOT hitless this year

I did answer. A multiple no hitter is not a no hitter. Is a multiple no
hitter pitcher the same thing as a no hitter pitcher? The last multiple no
hitter pitcher was Nomo, before that Ryan. These are multiple no hitter
pitchers. Multiple no hitter games using as many pitchers as a team can find
is a new catagory. Every time you add a prefix or suffix to a catagory you
have a new stat. Such as Strikeout leader vs AL strikeout leader or
Strikeout leader of no hitter pitchers perhaps strikeout leader of no hitter
pitchers with the last name beginning with R, which would be Ryan by the
way. Bye the way new catagories of stats that make the Yanks look bad is a
hobby of the media and Bosox fans alike. My fav catagory, MOST WORLD SERIES
WINS BY ANY TEAM. Whats yours?

It wasn't a no hitter, but a multiple no hitter, and it took a record six
pitchers to make it happen.

Again you expose your lack of grey matter by avoiding the question.

I'll put it in words that your pickled brain can possibly comprehend:

What does the year 1918, or for that matter the last time the Sox won the WS
have to do with the historical fact ( yes, just like 1918 is in the books )
that the Yankees were no-hit by 6 different pitchers?

shitferbrains.......again

It must be the immortal Juan Nieves. He's clearly a better pitcher
than Roger Clemens, because he's on your special little list.

What's an "alcohaulic" anyway? Is that a drunk tow truck?

No hitter. Get used to it. No hits. None. Ask the Yankees themselves if they
thought it "counted". At least they have some smarts and admit what
happened.

I love the red sox, really. Wouldn't be half as much fun beating the Jays
for the pennant every October.

Hey like next time lets have each pitcher go one full inning and the title
of the stat could be perhaps a one inning per pitcher no hitter, another new
catagory. It's not the stuff that makes pitching legends. In fact were it
not against the BEST TEAM IN THE HISTORY OF BASEBALL THE NY YANKEES, WITH 26
SERIES WINS, it wouldn't even have been noticed.

Admit it, deep down you're just a really disgruntled Knicks fan. Maybe the
Jets? The Bills perhaps?

It's ok to admit it. Come on now, share with the group.

A pitcher who pitches a no hitter in any league is one to be celebrated. The
so called no hitter against the Yanks is more an accomplishment of the
Astros manager and his pitching coach for knowing the limits as well as
strengths and weaknesses of each pitcher.
