**YES Video On and OFF in Central NJ at 3:30pm**

Since about 3:30 pm the video on YES has been going on and off in
Monmouth County on Comcast. Is this YES (everybody losing video) or is
it just Comcast in NJ?

Manhattan.

At 4:15 video is still out but there is audio.
