Speed the game and make it far more skillful = call the rules that already
exist consistently and force the players to adapt. Watching a guy fighting
to get to the puck through a forrest of lumber just in time to be grabbed by
the jersey and pulled away is getting boring. Fast breakaways, good
forechecking, lightning passes,.. it is all possible IF the officials have
the balls to call the rules that already exist today. Stop the slashing,
hooking, grabbing and other WWE crap and get on with hockey!

As far as the OT draw goes,.. penaly shootouts ****. They are interesting
for a few games, but lose their novelty very quickly!

After a drawn 3 x 20 min game, go to a 4 on 4 for 5 mins. If it is still a
tie, go 3 on 3 for five. Take it to 2 on 2 for five if you need to. If
scores are still tied after that,.... both teams deserve the point! This
would give a huge range of team options (who would you play in a 2 on 2?).
