A pretty clear cut victory for the city of Oakland and Alameda County.
The jury found they were 'negligent' and awarded the Raiders less than
10% of what they were asking for.

The Raiders are appealing, but there's no way the award will be
increased. The city/county will also appeal, which might possibly result
in the awarded being decreased, depending on the specifics of the appeal
and the Appeals Court.
