He will if James' 12 minutes and out farce from last night becomes a
habit. Booth picked up 5 fouls in 18 minutes too. When did Cato and
Peter Cornell become such a tough cover.

Hey, I thought I was the only one who responded to 2-week old posts!

(Not that it matters, but my Potapenko not getting rotation minutes
comment was made prior to Collison being out for the whole year). Now, it
seems likely he'll get a few minutes.

And that's not a good thing.

Potapenko may be the one playing 30 minutes a game. Booth fouls out in
12 minutes, and Booth you can't trust to play defense, block shots, or
rebound. So the way I see it Potapenko plays 30 minutes, James plays 12
and fouls out, and Booth plays 6 minutes. Of course any of those
minutes may be less when either Evans or Rad plays center.

Were they picking up the fouls against their counterparts or were some of them
coming in things like transition defense and stopping guard penetration in the half court?

Key point of the game was McMillan standing on the sideline constantly yelling
"RUN! RUN! RUN!" He wants to play small it really doesn't matter if James does
get his fouling situation under control or not. I said it two years ago, I said
it last year, I will be saying it this year, and next. There will always be "If
'x' bigman stays consistently out of foul trouble then we won't be forced to go
small so much" statements. You see it over and over from just about every small
ball coach. What has it been like 11 years and 3 different smallball coaches
making basically the same statements in Seattle alone?

Go Sonics,

Tony
