A Memorandum by the Turkish Football Spectators to the FIFA

In the Independent Republic of Turkey, November 17, 2005

The unanimous Memorandum by the Turkish Football Spectators who
devoted
themselves to Football,

Throughout the long journey of Humankind, numerous Associations,
Governments and Empires are found and abolished. Let it be noted that
Neither of them came to existence without the consent of People, nor
did
they fail without any warning by their own founders. We feel that It
is
our Right, our Duty to express our deep concerns about the way that
Football is merged onto. It is also the Duty of the mankind to mark
any
Micreancy wherever they are found for the sake of History. Although it

might be neglected by so-called authorities, It is our belief that
this
memorandum will be a notable guide for our descendants.


our firm belief that they should be treated alike - and that all men
has
the right to seek justice. Justice, on the other hand, should be sold
to
no one as stated in Magna Carta. When people bear racial attitues and
bigotry towards others as they always have, It is not unexpected of
them
to reflect those attitudes aforementioned on their decisions,
institutions including, but not limited to, their media, and their
everyday life. Therefore, It is of no use to expect justice from where

the sense of justice itself is bigoted. Instead of counting all the
pain
we endured, Let it be known that:

No one has the right to degrade our Honorable Flag and our Honorable
National Anthem.

No one has the right to humiliate our people with his/her bigoted
unintelligence.

Under these cir***stances, We demand The Turkish Football Association
to
claim these facts outspokenly, secure and protect our rights in a
respectable manner from now on and withdraw from the FIFA if
necessary.
Let it be known that Associations derive their existence and power
from
those associated within. While the basic foundations of football is
ruined by Football Corp. with the help of the FIFA and the UEFA, the
first and the foremost protectors of football as they claim to be, It
is
for an absolute fact that the real football will inevitably find its
own
way. Justice is done when no bigotry allowed and when Judges are
objective. We have no trust in your judgemental sense. Therefore, You
may as well do what you wish. The Turkish People and Turkish Football
and has enough suffered this self-centered and racist treatment and
will no longer be bound by it.
