Bruce Arians’ red zone play calling is plain f****** pathetic!
Holcomb had 2 INT’s probably should have had 4. You can’t win, giving the
ball away. People insist that we have 2 good QB’s, we may not have any.
Butch’s revamp of the defense looks pretty damned good.
I don’t know which way they will go from here, but that could prove to be a
damned critical home loss. We overcame it last season. We shall see.
Mombu 2012-04-22 06:26:22
No… people insist that we should go with a journeyman backup QB to
lead our team, including yourself. If Holcrumb completes that swing pass
to Willie we probably win that game.
And you are right, he should have had 4 picks.
You wanted him, you f****** got him….
Kudos to the defense…they played pretty d*** good most of the game. I
It’s just one loss.
Mike oxbig 2012-04-22 06:26:32
And Timmy would have done better? F*** you!
Ky58 2012-04-22 06:27:09
Probably shouldn’t be too hard on Holcomb, although if it had
been Couch, it would probably have been blown out of proportion
(if you know what I mean). There’s probably going to be more
patience when you’re making less than a million a year, you’re
the underdog story, and many have gone out on a limb for you.
Can’t be perfect every day…maybe he’ll improve on that stat.
There’s always next week versus the Ravens, eh?
Yep, you gotta give props to the ‘D’. One can’t throw off on
them this week, that’s for sure.
That’s right, Prime…fifteen more opportunities down the road.
Mombu 2012-04-22 06:27:14
Uhhh yea he would have. You are just too f****** stupid to see it.
You wanted him, you f****** got him.
Mike oxbig 2012-04-22 06:27:18
I luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv keyboard courage!
I have never had anything against Tim Couch. From watching and
understanding the game, it’s pretty easy to see that Holcomb is the better
of the two.
But people like you, make it easy to hate Couch.
Brownstown 2012-04-22 06:27:35
Yup, and I’ll stick with Holcomb. It’s one f****** game. and the playcalling
didn’t help much.
I didn’t see anyone bashing Couch after his first few games as the
solidified starter. And they weren’t pretty. We gave Couch 4 years to
accomplish something, anything. To learn and to grow. And he never did.
Defense? What the h*** was that? D***. Oh, and I told y’all not to panic
about the defense. If they play even close to this level all season, we’ll
win more then we’ll lose.
Ky58 2012-04-22 06:27:56
Tim is a rather nice person. I can vouch for him.
No Browns fan should hate him. He doesn’t deserve
that. They can (if so inclined) be glad that they
have another QB. Personally, I think they should
understand that Tim gave it his best shot and it
didn’t work out in Cleveland. Butch Davis made
his choice and Tim did not participate in today’s
clash. Life goes on…
Couch should be allowed to move on and Browns fans
should just love their team. I’d say there’s no
need to hate…it’s rather counterproductive and
causes one to lose focus on the big picture.
Time to focus on the Ravens…
Ky58 2012-04-26 00:43:08
There ya go. Maybe the play calling was poor. You can’t abandon
ship after one game. Makes no sense, right? Kelly’s four years
started today. Tim can move on and give it his best shot somewhere
else. Hopefully, the Browns can deal Couch before the year is out.
That would be super ’cause I think Tim can help some teams out
Just not Cleveland…
He’s a good fella and I understand that most Browns fans probably
don’t care what happens to him at this point, but I do. it would
free up a lot of money for the Cleveland Browns’ organization.
Everybody wins, then…
Jonny bravo 2012-04-26 00:44:38
Timmy would have been sacked 6-7 times and KJ woulda been the only reciever
he hit all day…
I’ll ake holcomb and a close loss any day…
Some Do, Some Don’t, Some Will, Some Won’t…I Might…

The plays Bruce Arians called on the goal line were pathetic. The
announcers knew when the plays were going to be running plays. I’m sure if
the announcers knew, the Colts knew as well. Oh thats right the Colts
stuffed those running plays. I didn’t expect the end score, I thought that
there would have been a lot more scoring.
Stan 2012-04-28 00:27:56
Ariens ?? Ah…. no. It’s your boy Holcomb. Good thing Butch named him
starter early in the season. This great experiment should end after the
Stan 2012-04-28 00:28:01
LOL ! Yeah, Holcome is the re-incarnation of Otto Graham !
The defense played well enough to win. If only Kelly Sipe had gotten them
into the end zone…..
Stan 2012-04-28 00:28:11
LOL ! You and that moron with the digital camera should volunteer as
intern-talent evaluators for the Steelers. Couch certainly wouldn’t have
been intercepted from forcing the ball twice, and he would have gotten them
in the end zone on that last possession.
Stan 2012-04-28 00:28:31
Yeah, let’s wait for a few more interceptions and losses before ending the
Brownstown 2012-05-05 07:08:31
Did this guy EVER wacth a Browns game? I have to ask that question. Do your
meds cause any hallucinations?
Brownstown 2012-05-05 07:08:34
As far as picks and losses go, he’s got 30 losses and 45 picks before he
catchs up to Tim.
Ky58 2012-05-05 07:09:00
Yep, deal Tim to another team and give the guy four years…it’s
only fair, eh?
I must concur…
Ky58 2012-05-05 07:09:13
Otto Graham…now there’s a Brown everyone loves (if they’re
old enough to know who you’re talkin’ about…).
Holcomb isn’t quite there yet…
Give him a few years, maybe?
That coupled with finding a back the caliber of Marion
Motley would be the ticket…
Sgrenze 2012-05-05 07:09:22
Personally, I thought Couch looked pretty good today. No INT’s, No sacks, No
fumbles, No PT!
Ky58 2012-05-05 07:09:26
Yes, good observation…it would be quite a stretch to blame
Tim for anything that happened yesterday…
