it was Chmura and his buddy that were at that party along with a bunch
of teenagers and at some point the older men got into a hot tub in
their underwear with at least one drunken underage girl that was also
in her underwear. NFL player + drunken, underage teen + hot tub – all
clothes except underwear. Draw your own conclusions as to whether any
actual crimes took place but being in a situation like that has
level, maybe it should be. Kobe, too. Irvin too.
That’s the lowdown on it, and there isn’t one word of it worth disputing, since
there wasn’t one word of testimony or admission from any party present that
casts any of it in doubt.

That, combined with the fact that the girl changed her story numerous
times on the stand to make it fit the inconsistencies Mark’s attorney

so your previous post was conjecture?

Don’t remember the details but that she changed major parts of her
story 3 or 4 times. I don’t have a trial transcript readily available
at the moment.

There is, however, a big difference between being 17 and 18 years old. Chmura
did get charged with some kind of misdemeanor “enticement of a minor” charge,
did he not?

It’s because it’s no longer good troll bait because it looks like Chmura is
Crackerdog 2007-10-22 11:14:35
Maybe he was always innocent but he’s clearly not the sharpest knife in the
drawer, regardless. He’s also a hypocrite, not going to the Whitehouse on
moral grounds but then hoping in a hot tub full of teen girls on prom night.
Weber924 2007-10-29 19:50:29
Seriously, how often does a spelling error make a different than intended word
and STILL work well in the sentence? Hopping, hoping, Chmura may have been
doing it all in one night. LOL
