A query on selecting TT Fixtures

Does anyone know of any software, where by clicking on a dropdown list of
Divisions will give you a list of Teams in that Division. And then by
clicking on a Team, in that list, will give you a fixture list.

I have tried a web search, but probably asked the wrong question.

Obviously, this doesn't have to be a TT solution, but any sport.
