He never did in a tournament (without prior approval
from an umpire an in Matt Murad 2000).

Even if we did, it is not as "criminal" as the child-abuse unapproved
glues you personally use, as well as allow to be used at all
Connecticut tournaments without any testing whatsoever,
thus ripping off the tactical players even more & shamelessly
whining about it .
