A few weeks ago I Had a case of verbal Diareha and gave TB fans a hard time about not filling the Arena.
Sharon had set me staight.
22000+ tonite I hear. Well done!! Enjoy this great game we call HOCKEY!!
You had some bad teams, owners at some points but now you made it to the dance. Well done.

I live in Calgary but I`m a wings fan who`s not afraid to say we got beat by a better team.
I`m enjoying this Stanley Cup Playoff like I have not in a long time though. I hope we have a great series to watch.
Win or lose , Both the Flames and Bolts need to , or should i say, MUST be respected and congradulated for great playoffs and regular seasons.
Real Hockey fans have to love whats is comming in the next few weeks.
This IS REAL reality TV!!!
Have a good one folks .
Hoping for great saves, goals and better than average refereeing, or not :P

Not to mention Games 1 and 2 sold out within minutes of the end of last
night's game. When we went back outside to join the Party on the Plaza
(after spending some time on the phone with a dear friend who lives in
Calgary), we found ourselves blocked by a line 3-4 people deep extending
from the box office doors all the way across the plaza to the parking
building.

I thought another nice touch last night was that they set up the 20' TV
out on the plaza and showed the game out there for 1,000+ people who
couldn't get tickets but couldn't stay away from the building. They
showed a small group of them during the ESPN broadcast -- looked like
they were having a blast!

It's undoubtedly true that a lot of the folks buying tickets were
newcomers -- bandwagoners, if you will. But that's how you build a fan
base. As you -- and all good hockey fans -- know, once we get you to a
game, we've got you. It's a beautiful sport and it's addictive as heck!

Our local CFL ( Canadian Football League) broadcast the Flames Game on their
Big screen last weekend. I think there was a 10000+ at that stadium.
Vette L89, am I right?
