I see about ten quite satisfied Eagnas owners there, and two very
vocal complainers, whose main gripe seems to be with the clamps, which
are very easy to change to any clamps you like.

My own experience with Eagnas has been positive (Pro Crystal, stand
electronic type). I couldn't get as much machine from anyone else for
anywhere near the money. I had a minor clamp problem, and they sent me
a new one free. Other than that, I haven't needed customer service.
