Default string like this but tougher?

Hello,
While putting string savers on my racquet (I guess a little too
late), I noticed a cut in one of the strings about halfways through the
string. I am using Babolat X-cel premium 16g in a black and white Slazenger
pro-braided at 66lbs. I'm normally not a string breaker, but I guess with
Babolat X-cel I am (it's only seen about 6 hours of play). So, is there a
racquet that is very similar in feel to Babolat X-cel but is a little bit
tougher, or do I either get durability with no feel (like prince synthetic)
or all feel no durability (like X-cel). I guess I'll buy an ATS super
stringer 2, but I'll wait for this to break completely first (I have a
feeling as soon as I but the ATS, I'll never break another string, but oh
well).
Thanks,
Richard

After playing 2.5 hard hours with it today, it still hasn't broken, so maybe
it wouldn't have begun to tear at all had I used string savers and a shock
absorber earlier?
