Perhaps the rotation was adjusted after they realized Halladay would not be
returning this weekend.

Where did you see this? The Jay's website still says that Chacin is
scheduled to start.

when does Halladay return?

I believe, when that ws posted, "today" meant Thursday.

to the best of my recollection, what I heard on the radio broadcast
yesterday (8/4) was that he will not start Sunday, and is considered "day to
day" at this point.
