Default Conditioning Drills?



Hi RSV.

I was enlightened to find out how important strength conditioning is for
athletes. I wanted to find out from the group what drills & exercises you
do for your athletes for strength and conditioning during practices. My
plan is to have 20-30 minutes for these drills. I don't think I would have
access to medicine balls, so any exercise/drill without medicine balls
would be appreciated.

Default Conditioning Drills?



I'd like to see posts on this as well. Colin, if there are no replies, let me
know your plans. I picked up a good book, but it is for college and higher
levels (Gives me a lot of info, but little in practical drill ideas for young
women.)

For those feeling the group is too quiet, here's a topic to chime in on.

(And please don't complain too loudly or the trolls in rec.running might
strike here!)
