Someone was offering kudos to the nationals in the Dodgers newsgroup and I
just wanted to extend them here. He's right, your team played harder than
some still in the hunt for the post season. Certainly can't say they are
phoning it in. Well done. I hope it pays off for the team and their fans
next year. Well done.

Yes, especially since the Mets are getting their collective a's kicked.
Pedro is going to be toast for the post season....I thought they would take
it all but I am wondering if they will get out of the 1st round!

The Mets have a better record when Pedro does not pitch then when he has. He
has not been well all year. It is better he went down now instead in the
first inning of the first game. Houston is the only team that can give the
Mets a problem, they have three killer pitchers.
